Physiotherapy treatment has been recognized world wide for over 100 years as an effective means to treat musculoskeletal (muscle and bone) pain. Your physiotherapist will conduct a thorough assessment including a detailed history and assessment of your problems. The assessment will include movement tests of flexibility, strength, joint mobility and other special tests. Once a problem has been established the physiotherapist will devise a treatment plan specific to your problem. Your physiotherapist will also spend time educating you on how to help yourself and to prevent further injury.
